Brigada Eskwela efforts in Bario Luz Elementary School in Cebu was supported by 76 employee volunteers from the Monde Nissin Corporation Mandaue Plant. The activity, organized by Monde Nissin Foundation in partnership with Save the Children Philippines and the Department of Education sought to the campus for the incoming school year. Beyond the traditional physical rehabilitation of the classrooms—which included refreshing the campus with new coats of paint, minor refurbishments, and clean-up drives to ensure a safe, conducive learning environment—the Foundation took its support a step further.
Recognizing the economic challenges many families face when transitioning into a new academic year, the Monde Nissin Foundation donated essential school supplies for students. These learning kits ensure that the children are not only entering a clean, bright, and functional school environment but are also fully equipped with the tools they need to succeed from day one.
Through practical volunteerism and direct student support, the initiative highlights Monde Nissin’s ongoing mission to nourish lives and build stronger, more resilient local communities.
