Mrs. Mensalvas, former Head of Quality Assurance at Monde Nissin Corporation, brings with her a wealth of experience and a commitment to service. Having actively led and supported corporate social responsibility initiatives both within Monde Nissin Corporation and in her community, she embodies the values of social impact and compassion. These experiences make her well-suited to lead the foundation, carrying forward a strong tradition of advocacy and community-building.

In her new role, Mrs. Mensalvas will spearhead the foundation’s initial programs, focusing on community development, nutrition and food security, and the environment. Guided by Monde Nissin Corporation’s aspiration to improve the wellbeing of people and the planet and create sustainable solutions for food security, she will work to establish the foundation’s presence and expand the reach of its initiatives to ensure more communities benefit from its mission.
